Περίληψη:

Chremylus, a poor Athenian, visits the oracle of Delphi to ask how he should raise his son. Following the god's prophecy, he persuades the first man he meets outside to come to his house. The blind and ragged old man proves to be Plutus, the god of wealth himself! Chremylus decides to make sure the old man gets his eyesight back, so that he may help only the just and the virtuous from then on. However, not everyone is happy with this plan...
