[...] The Scientific Committee of Foreign Policy and Defense of ISTAME - Andreas Papandreou, in the context of its activities, has desided to engage itself in a particularly interesting, but also complex issu. It concerns the institutional, financial and political as well as strategic dimensions, which demonstrates the Mediterranean area. I do not think that it is necessary to stress the particularly important, but also multikateral role, which pays the Mediterranean sea in the new geo-strategic and geo-financial conjuncture.[...]
