In vielen Fallen haben wir auf eine zeitgemasse Prasentation der traditionellen griechischen Gerichte geachtet, um zu zeigen, dass unsere gastronomische Vergangenheit auch viel versprechende Zukunft ist.
Greek Culinary Tradition is not just merely another conventional cookery book. The 76 recipes that are presented in this book have been chosen after long time's research, taking as a presupposition the authenticity of the foodstuff used as well as the mode of preparation. These recipes come from all over Greece, while some of them remind us tastes of the Hellenic nation beyond the borders of our domain. In many cases, we took extra care of the modern presentation of the Greek traditional dishes only to prove that our gastronomic past can certainly have an exceptional future.
